Capri

The stunning fusion between solid wood and white is the hallmark of this classic range. The clean arctic white finish contrasts beautifully with the antique wax finished solid pine tops, mouldings, and handles. Quality of finish is paramount, showcasing elements of geometric design, minimalism, and symmetrical forms. The use of curved forms and rounded corners alongside clean lines reflects a contemporary Streamline Moderne aesthetic, while maintaining a minimalist approach with no ornamentation. This creates a harmonious balance, echoing earthly tones and zen minimalist principles, emphasizing geometric simplicity with an aerodynamic and sleek style that carries a hint of futuristic vibes. The horizontal emphasis further enhances the modernistic feel, making it a perfect embodiment of nautical inspiration in design.

• Pine components in this range are colour matched in a resilient antique coloured tinted basecoat stain with a wax coating. Painted components are coated with a board sealer, basecoat followed by fine sanding and a lacquer topcoat. Internal components are unfinished. Solid pine panels in 16mm thickness are used in the construction of the cabinets. MDF panels are 16mm and painted backboards 2.8mm. Drawers are made using traditional dovetail joints with 12mm solid pine sides and backs. White faced MDF is used for drawer bases and MDF for cabinet backs to a thickness of 2.8mm.
